Is my registration refundable or transferable?
Registrations are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person, provided you contact our team at least 72 hours before the session. Transfers requested after that deadline cannot be guaranteed. If the session is cancelled or rescheduled by DKD, you’ll have the option to retain your place for the new date or receive a full refund.
What should I prepare before the session?
Speak What You Carry™ is a Live Virtual Broadcast Experience — an active practice session, not a four-hour lecture. Please join from a quiet space with: a laptop or desktop computer where possible; a stable internet connection; a working camera and microphone; enough room to sit, stand and practice; your participant workbook, sent before the session; a notebook and pen; water and anything else you need to stay comfortable and fully present. Smart-casual dress is perfect — come as your put-together, professional self, ready to be seen and heard. Most importantly, come ready to participate, practise and receive feedback.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. The teaching portions of Speak What You Carry™ will be recorded. Registered participants receive access to a curated replay for 14 days after the live session. Because the experience includes live participation and coaching, not every interactive segment will necessarily appear in the replay — the greatest value comes from being present live.
How will I access the live session?
Speak What You Carry™ is delivered as a Live Virtual Broadcast Experience via Zoom. You’ll need a reliable internet connection, a laptop or desktop computer where possible, a working camera and microphone, and the latest version of Zoom installed and tested beforehand. Joining instructions and your private session link will be sent to the email used at registration — please don’t share this link, as each registration is for one participant only. Because this is an interactive, practice-based experience, cameras are expected on for most of the session wherever reasonably possible.
What happens after Speak What You Carry™?
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use immediately. Afterward, you’ll receive your participant materials and workbook, a curated 14-day replay of the teaching, and a short post-session application guide. You’ll continue to receive Human Currency insights through the DKD ecosystem where you’ve opted in. For those who want deeper live practice and more intensive development, The Room — Speak What You Carry Intensive is the next step within Project APEX. There’s no obligation to continue — Speak What You Carry is designed to deliver full value as a complete experience on its own.
Is this a public-speaking course?
No. Public speaking is one of the rooms where Expressive Currency matters, but Speak What You Carry™ is broader — built for capable people who want to communicate what they know with greater clarity, confidence and impact across meetings, presentations, interviews, pitches, panels, difficult conversations, leadership moments, camera and stage.
Who is this not for?
Speak What You Carry™ isn’t designed for someone looking for passive content or a four-hour motivational talk. It’s for people willing to examine how they currently communicate, practise differently, and apply what they learn in real situations.
