I’ve built this three times.
From investment banking, to building a category that barely existed in Ghana, to losing what I had built around me, to rebuilding again.

Where it began
I started in finance and corporate life; learning capability, performance, and how institutions actually work.

Building something
I then moved into entrepreneurship and built Allure into a defining beauty and wellness business in Ghana, helping shape a category that was still emerging when I entered it.
The loss
Then I lost it.
Following the passing of my husband, much of what I had built around me changed. What remained was what I had built within myself, and that is what I had to rebuild from.
The rebuild
What followed was coaching, speaking, and eventually founding DCG Consulting Group; built on the same human value that had carried me through every chapter before it.
I did not arrive at Human Currency because I needed a clever framework. I arrived at it because life forced me to discover what still remained when what I had built around me changed.
