Dzigbordi Kwaku-Dosoo (DKD) is a Commercial Leadership Strategist, Keynote Speaker, and CEO of DCG Consulting Group. She works at the intersection of executive judgment, human capital strategy, and commercial performance advising founders, CEOs, and senior leaders across Africa and the global diaspora.
Her proprietary framework, Human Skills Transformation Architecture™, converts influence, culture, and communication into measurable commercial advantage for organizations and individual leaders.
With 32+ years in corporate environments and 28 years as a serial entrepreneur, DKD has led engagements for MTN Ghana, Pupkewitz Holdings (Namibia), Ecobank, and the Mohinani Group, among others.
She founded Ghana’s first luxury day spa chain Allure Africa scaling it to 250+ staff before losing everything following the passing of her husband in 2015. Her complete commercial rebuild is not a footnote. It is the foundation of everything she teaches about commercial resilience and strategic recovery.
